Packing List

Well-labeled, familiar clothes and items help campers return home with all their belongings. Sending a checklist with your camper will help them remember what to take back as they pack to return home. Closed-toe shoes are required for sports activities and challenge course activities.

Packing List

Items to pack:
5 pairs of shorts or pants
1 pair of jeans
5 t-shirts
7 pairs of underwear and socks
Pajamas or sleepwear
One-piece swim suits for females; swim trunks for males
Lightweight jacket (Anything that is comfortable for the weather during a given week)
Cap or hat
Raingear
Sunglasses
1 pair athletic closed-toed shoes and 1 pair closed-toes shoes that can get wet-they should be different than the athletic shoes because the wet pair rarely get dry before the next activity
Sleeping bag and/or sheets and blanket
Pillow
Bath towel and wash cloth
Beach towel
Personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
Shower shoes (flip flops)
Sunscreen
Laundry bag
Water bottle (label with camper name)

-Disposable camera; no digital cameras permitted
-Tissues
-Stamps, note paper and pens (to write letters home)

-Plastic bags (for wet clothes)

Do NOT Bring

Food, drinks, radios, iPods, tablets, computers, cell phones, and electronic games aren’t allowed at camp. Do not send your child with insect repellent; the camp has that item available. If found, these items will be held in the office until the end of a camper’s session. St. Therese’s does not tolerate alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or weapons including Swiss Army knives.

Medication

Prescription medication must be in original containers and placed in a labeled, resealable plastic bag. Please send only the amount of medication needed for the duration of your camper’s stay at camp. Please do not send their entire supply.
